Can I return my BetterSmile product?
BetterSmile offers a return program for those unsatisfied with the product. Your dissatisfaction is how we can make BetterSmile better. You might qualify to return your BetterSmile product if you conformed to the return program. In addition, the data you collect will provide the metrics that may prove that BetterSmile did not work for you.

How long does it take for my BetterSmile product to arrive?
Once you place your order, BetterSmile arranges for dispatch at the earliest moment possible. After our courier partner picks up your order, it may take 5-7 working days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number or tracking link, which you can use to monitor your order.
What if my parcel or product is damaged?
Please take clear photos of everything you have received and the condition of the products if they are damaged during transit. Kindly notify us of the incident at hello@bettersmile.asia within 7 days after the parcel is delivered. Send us photos of the damaged items so we can inspect and replace them.
How do I return my BetterSmile product?
Once you are qualified to make a refund, you should receive a full refund into the account you used to make your purchase within 14 working days.
